Terms & Cancellation

Website summary. The signed Coaching Agreement governs each client relationship.

Service

FORGE provides private online strength and conditioning coaching, including individualised programming, reviews, calls, messaging support, progress tracking and adaptations.

Six-month commitment

The standard coaching engagement is six months. Monthly payment is an instalment schedule for that commitment and is not a month-to-month cancellable membership.

Cancellation and refunds

There is no automatic right to cancel or receive a refund merely because of a change of mind, ordinary scheduling difficulties, travel, non-use, or unmet expectations, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually under the signed Coaching Agreement.

Pauses

Where an exceptional pause is approved, coaching services and payments may be suspended and the coaching term extended accordingly.

Results

Results are not guaranteed and depend on participation, consistency, recovery, nutrition, communication, health status and other circumstances.

Medical scope

FORGE provides exercise coaching, not medical diagnosis or treatment.

Consumer rights

Nothing on this website excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Swiss law or other mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
