Identification and contact information, coaching goals, training history, performance information, lifestyle and scheduling context, communications, payment-related information, and health-related information you choose to provide where relevant to exercise coaching.

To evaluate coaching fit, deliver and personalise coaching, communicate with you, administer agreements and payments, maintain records, improve service quality, and meet legal obligations.

Health-related information

Health, injury, pain or medical-context information you choose to provide is used only to inform coaching decisions and programme adaptation. FORGE does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Third-party services

FORGE may use third-party providers for payments, forms, scheduling, video calls, electronic signatures, email, hosting and coaching delivery.

Retention

Personal data is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for coaching delivery, administration, legal obligations and legitimate record-keeping.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and contractual limitations.

Marketing

Client progress photos, testimonials or other identifiable material are not used for marketing without separate consent.
